Legal terms and conditions for using the LogiFlow enterprise logistics management system

By accessing and using LogiFlow, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LogiFlow is an enterprise logistics management system designed for fleet management, warehouse operations, shipment tracking, and business administration.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and LogiFlow Systems. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the system.
LogiFlow provides the following functionality:
Access to LogiFlow is granted to authorized personnel within your organization based on assigned roles: Admin, Manager, Operator, Viewer, or Driver. Each user must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into LogiFlow, including but not limited to shipment details, inventory records, financial transactions, and employee information. The system provides AI-powered OCR for document processing, but you must verify extracted data for accuracy.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into LogiFlow. We process your data solely to provide the services outlined in these terms and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
LogiFlow uses a PostgreSQL database with 47 tables organized by functional domain. All data is protected by Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring multi-tenant isolation. Your company's data is accessible only to authorized users within your organization.
We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). For details on how we collect, use, and protect personal data, please review our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of LogiFlow complies with applicable data protection laws.
Transactional data is retained for 7 years in compliance with Saudi business record-keeping requirements. Location data is retained for 90 days, then automatically anonymized. Deleted accounts have personal data anonymized within 30 days.
We target 99.9% uptime for LogiFlow services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The system is optimized for enterprise performance with page load times under 3 seconds and API response times under 500ms under normal operating conditions.

Your use of LogiFlow for business-critical operations should include appropriate backup procedures and data verification workflows.
We may modify these Terms of Service to reflect changes in system functionality or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification 30 days before taking effect.
Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 60 days. We will retain transactional data as required by law (7 years) and delete or anonymize personal data per our Privacy Policy.
